At LM Design Studio and the brands the web shop represents, we strive to deliver a world-class customer experience.  We strive to provide the best possible information in regard to how long it will take to receive your order.  Most of our items will generally be shipped via premium freight services and charged at the standard ground shipping rate.

Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the products ordered. This includes ensuring that the products ordered will pass freely into your home, can be transported through the door of your home or room, stairs, and doorways, and that there are no other issues that may make delivery more complicated or impossible.


The designer begins production shortly after orders are placed. Therefore, we are only able to change your order if manufacturing has not already started. normally 24 hours after LM Design Studio receives the order. Once your order has been confirmed, any request for subsequent changes must be sent in writing. No guarantee can be given that the requested change can be made, but we will do our outmost to provide a solution. Any approved amendments will incur additional costs.


Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges on items sold on our web site.

Products that are made-to-order/bespoke/custom and cannot be cancelled once production has started. Normally, 24 hours after the order is received by LM Design Studio,. Damaged or defective products will be replaced within the normal production time period required to reorder and manufacture the same product.

  1. Open the package carefully at the end of the tube. Remove the seal at the end of the tube. Do not use a knife across the surface of a roll; you may damage the rug.
  2. Keep the plastic packaging.
  3. Roll out, test, inspect, and try your carpet carefully without damaging it or making it dirty.
  4. If the product is damaged, contact LMDS promptly and make your claim in writing. You can also contact us directly. We do not accept returns without written documentation. 
  5. To pack the rug back, roll it firm and use tape or a rope to hold the roll tight. Use the plastic tube to pack it. If you do not have the original packaging, we can send it to you free of charge or recommend an alternative.
  6. As soon as we have received your complaint, we will arrange a pickup in your area.
  7. The refund, ex. freight charges, will be transferred to your account within 30 days after we get a written Complaint Form and the product. You also have the option to exchange the product for a new one or get a voucher.

  1. LM Design Studio does offer a 3-year guarantee on colour fading and unwanted thread torning. In the unlikely event such issues arise, we will promptly provide you with a new rug at no additional cost.
  2. The warranty period commences upon the customer’s receipt of the rug. (Date/month/year
  3. LMDS will provide you with a shipping label to return your item. The item must be sent back in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.
  4. Should the rug be returned to the manufacturer and subsequently fail to meet the stipulated guarantee criteria upon inspection, it will be dispatched back to the customer, with the associated costs being the responsibility of the customer.
  5. If the rug satisfies the guarantee criteria, a replacement rug will be manufactured within the standard production timeframe for rug production.
  6. The shipment of the replacement rug will be borne at the expense of the customer.
***Eligible items may be returned with a complimentary return label. Final sale, custom, made-to-order, or ineligible items may not be returned. We do not refund the original shipping charges. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price of your item. Refunds may only be issued in the same form and amount (subject to the terms hereof) as the original payment.  Eligible items are products that have been damaged in transportation.


All products on the site are made to order/customised by the manufacturer, which will be noted on each product page.  This means production will begin on the item after your order is placed, which does not include processing time.  Estimated lead times for these items are located on each product page. 
Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.


  • When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for a shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately, +47 471 50 303, WhatsApp or via DM on Instagram 
  • Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for expedited service.
  • To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

All items must be sent back in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. Once an item has been installed, it cannot be returned.  Please note that only products purchased on that have suffered damage in transportation may be returned for refund.

Damages occurring in transit and delivery must be noted within 48 hours of delivery. If the customer selects their own freight carrier, freight claims must be filed directly with the selected carrier. The company is not responsible for a customer’s own or third-party freight damage or claim


We supply customers around the world.

The shipping costs for air freight are calculated at check-out. Should the price of shipping fluctuate from the date of purchase to the date of dispatch, a final invoice for the difference in price will be sent to the customer before the item is dispatched.

Delivery takes place at the nearest delivery point or your address. Please always include your telephone number so that our logistics partner can contact you for delivery.

The estimated delivery time can be found on the order confirmation you receive by email. The normal delivery time is 60 business days from the time of receiving the order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are mentioned on each product page. Should there be any significant changes in your delivery, we will contact you.

LMDS carries the risk of damage and/or lost products during transport until you have received the goods. You will receive a call from our logistics partner or an e-mail when the package is ready for retrieval.

Unpatched packages are charged a charge of 100 euros plus shipping costs.


Estimated shipping times are located on each product page. Please note that these are only estimated shipping times and are subject to the availability of products and/or the manufacturer’s availability. If any product(s) that you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will do our best to contact you with a new shipment date. We will do our best to keep you updated on issues that arise with your order.  Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O. boxes.

For items shipping directly from the vendor (i.e., drop-ship), we currently offer standard ground shipping.

Delivery times will be arranged with you once the goods are ready for dispatch. All orders must be paid in full before being released from vendors. Although we use a premium freight service, transit times are beyond our control. It is your responsibility to provide us with full written details of any difficulty in accessing any part of your delivery site (for example, any stairs, delivery dock, or elevator) prior to delivery. We reserve the right to charge additional costs for unusual access not advised in writing.

The shipping provider covers a single delivery at ground level during normal weekday delivery hours. Customers are responsible for checking that all orders are in original condition within 48 hours of delivery.

Our shipping provider will deliver the collectible design piece to the buyer’s address within the lead time provided on the product page. The buyer agrees that the address of delivery entered on the check-out page is correct. Any shipments returned as a result of buyer’s unexcused delay or failure to accept delivery will require the buyer to pay all additional costs incurred, including storage fees.

  • Exchanges for any items, as all items are bespoke/made to order/custom made.

Oversized items (including rugs 300×400 and larger) may travel via freight carriers, which have extended processing and delivery times.  Oversized items will be delivered to your doorstep unless otherwise noted as “entry-way delivery or in-home spread” as selected by you upon checkout.  A signature will be required upon delivery.

**A fee of EUR 300.00 will be charged for orders containing oversized products that are selected for entryway delivery, which includes delivery inside your home and to a room of your choice, including up to two flights of stairs.
**An additional fee of EUR 250.00 per oversized item will be applied to items that are selected for in-home spread, which includes delivery inside your home to the room of your choice, performing spread, and disposing of packaging materials.  A signature will be required upon delivery.


Return authorization for larger and oversized items, if the items are damaged only, that travel via freight can be arranged via freight by contacting Freight returns will be issued a refund less the original shipping and handling charges, in addition to a 25% restocking fee from the original product price. Return requests will only be accepted within 10 days of the delivery. If your delivery is refused due to size, return shipping charges and a 25% re-stocking fee will be incurred.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
